Getrag Reconditioning
Long time no post....
Just was curious if anyones had a getrag box reconditioned around here and how much it costs roughly. Wouldnt might getting a nice brand new tight boxif you know what i mean.

Just type "getrag gearbox" into Ebay and you'll see quite a few - add $500 to fit properly.

i sent off a few email quotes ill see what they say. anyone else had a getrag recoed? how much did you pay? just wanna get a ballpark figure so if i do get it done im not gonna get myself ripped off.

ive had one done and it cost me about 1100 from a local shop in sydney. that was for them to recondition my original gearbox.
