hello matey I have posted pics about this before, search them. I was using poly bushes, the blue ones.
SAFELY= pull all the arms off the car, drill smash cut hammer or push/pull the old bushes out, and use a decent size threaded rod with various packers and a bit of lube to fit the new ones, a vice can be handy too.

Its not an easy question. I loved my Superpro setup. Handling was sooo much better than the old rubber parts. Only complaint I had, i remember stepping out of the car after long drives ( like 5 hours plus ) on the poly bushes feeling like my bones were coming loose lol. The ride never worried me around town, but after those hours in the car the harsh ride does get to you.
I suggest a mix. just not sure which ones to go poly and which rubber.

Whoever fitted the nolothanes probably didnt use enough of the grease thats supplied with the bushes. My nolothane bushes are as quiet as,and they were fitted 2 years ago.
