Depends more on the budget. You can pick up a bolt on ready to go supercharger from raptor for something like 6 grand.

    Turbo
    - intercooler $$$
    - piping $$$
    - blowoff valve
    - exhaust manifolds $$$
    - dump pipes
    - tune
    - injectors

    Supercharger:
    - new fan belt
    - mounting bracket (Unless you use an M90)
    - tune
    - injectors

That's just what i can think of, off the top of my head... there's clearly a LOT more involved.

but basically, You can do the math... i would say... the supercharged avenue is a LOT cheaper...

Since he didn't mention money in the initial post...
A massive turbo will get you more power

In the interest of money and ease you could probably find an entire L67 setup on ebay for 2K motor and all

I did my own superchager setup and if I was to do it again Id go turbo, but im a fitter welder so manifolds, intercooler pipe work etc is free, My charger setup cost me 1grand but 100% home built, So sit back and have a think: Can you do the work, have mates to help, No anyone with the "no how" to tell you or get you cheap good parts etc? We will more then help and theres plenty of home built Turbo and charged rides on here for you to check out.
