just wondering what is causing me so mych clutch problems i had my clutch replaced i few months ago and when it started feeling different i re adjusted the clutch and just today while driving home i noticed a noice coming from the clutch when not touching the clutch peddle there is a sort of rattling/tingling noise but as soon as i put a little pressure on the peddle or i hold the peddle out a little with my foot the noise stops..
what could be the cause of this maybe a re adjustment again??
cheers
I think there are anti-rattle springs on the throw-out arm that can make that noise. Try doing a search as I've seen this problem before.

The noise that your describing sounds like the throw out/thrust bearing. Usaly there is a spring on the clutch pedal itself to keep presure on it and this usaly stops the noise. Altho damage may already be done to the bearing and still make noise after a new spring.
Its hard to tell the two apart tho without being there and having heard both noises before. (clutch spring or fork rubbers)
Good luck trying to replace it in the car!
Holden do still sell them but dont listen to the idiot women on the phone who dosent know what a clucth is cause they dont care less about you and will just tell you they dont make it anymore.
