VS Diff change

Looking at purchasing a second hand IRS diff with has 3.9s and a mini spool for my VS, how hard is it to do a complete diff change? Is there a how-to on it yet?

is the the complete IRS diff or just the gears and center?

if it's the complete diff then it's just matter of dis-connecting the drive shaft and half shafts from the diff, unbolting the compete diff from the diff cradle and then bolting the new one in
