Beeping noise on acceletion...HELP!

After today taking out the dash cluster to refit new bulbs, I am having problems with the car when driven
When I take off from rest and accelerate, after a short moment the car beeps...then stops
I thought at first it was fuel, so i fuelled it up and it still happens?
No lights are on in the dash...no warnings or anything.
Any ideas? Help will be really appreciated

do any lights on the dash come up? sounds like the handbrake warning

Might sound silly but I assume the handbrake was fully relieved while this was happening?

Nah I assure you guys the handbrake was COMPLETELY down...

My old VR did that @ random just set the chime off, was a bad connection on the rear of the cluster.

ahhk then so ya think I should just re install it? That shouldnt be too hard I spose!

I would check just in case I forget which plug on mine was loose, but that is what it ended being, as I had it out changing bulbs etc and then random handbrake chimes one minute it beeped then stopped and that is when I checked it out.
