Spark Plug Leads Getting 'baked' on to Spark Plugs?

has anyone had issues with spark plug leads getting baked onto spark plugs? i have no heat shields on my leads, i spose this might be the issue. but theres a lot of other cars out there that are not designed to run with heat shields on leads. i've just changed over spark plugs and ruined all my leads trying to get them off. asked at supercheap and they don't sell heat shields. will have to try at holden. look like next time i change my plugs will have to change leads as well. ($50+ leads )

Go to Autobarn and get a set of 10mm Top Gun leads, you can get them with or with out heatshields, Autobarn also sell the heatshields as there own part.....on commo's its a must otherwise you encounter the same as you fused plugs and leads....
