The battery warning light is constently on, im guessing that the alturnator is playing up...
any hints on what could be wrong??
cheers
usual check the brushes. Unscrew the black part at the back of the alternator the brushes are in there.
Check the brushes first they usually just wear out. You can buy new ones and solder them in for about $10 which is heaps cheaper than a new regulator.
Make sure you disconect the battery before taking the regulator out though.
thanks guys, ill give it a go![]()
