i have a setup you describe... its matched to the recline angle of the back seat support (It's fastened through the support). and it has about 8-10 inches either side of space to the rear towers. it sits on that upper flat "shelf like" bit in the boot, and hangs over it about the same distance and the ramped bit below it.

It also has spacer blocks built on the front so the sub doesnt foul the middle seat.

It has a 12" eclipse Dual voice coil sub woofer in it, with carpet on the front of the box so it looks factory when you pull the middle seat down....

I'm actually thinking of selling it. (the box and sub) but anyway.... if you want the exact dimensions and a detailed drawing, i could draw something up for ya in the next few days?

Oh... if you want pics... i can take some to show ya... let me know...
