Was wondering if anyone in the know with EFILive could give me a hand with it, I just installed a kit with the evaluation version to monitor my VR V8 and im noticing that on the "dashboard" the O2 Filtered I/P constantly flickers between Rich and Lean, and under "Charts" the mV reading for the O2 sensor constantly spikes up and down drastically. Is this normal behavior or is my oxygen sensor faulty? I also notice that under "flags" the fuelling mode changes between open loop and closed loop sometimes when accelerating, even when the car is warmed up.
Also just as a general question, are the DTC codes under the DTC tab actually trouble codes recorded by the ECU? because I have 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 listed.
Hmmm, mine didn't have those under DTC so mabye fault codes but not too sure on that. Do you have a tuner? Take a data log and send it to them to have a look at.
Also probably should mention it has a foam tune, so if those codes are actually trouble codes, im wondering if he's tweaked it on purpose, ie: 19+21 TPS stuck & TPS high voltage for harder auto shifts? also, 13 - No oxygen sensor signal (custom A/F ratio?) 14, 15, 16, 17 - Coolant temp circuit faults (tweaks for extra power eg: improved ECM control on hotter engine)?
As far as I know, I've never seen the CEL light up with these codes, I always just get code 12 and sometimes 31 when I dont push the key hard against the ignition barrel.
Shoot him a email, i'd say they're turned off for a reason.
the O2 sensor is suppose to oscillate as you have described.
reset the error codes and see if they come back.

check the error codes manually, alot of the xml's in the stock efilive dont work properly with dtc's, the xml i made should work correctly, i havn't tested on V8 but on V6 VS it works. If you dont have it i did post it up in the tuning forum, otherwise pm me and i can send it you.
