doesn't need to be tuned but gains can be had with a tune. It depends if you want longer duration or larger valve opening. Some use a small cam with a higher than stock ratio rocker for best of both, depends on money really. But value for money make rockers best bolt on mod.

Well they are guaranteed to give a 16-26kw gain. So depending on how much else of your motor you have modified, i.e. intake, exhaust etc, if it's the right combination of products with the right tune you should gain more.

Look around some of the MACE review threads, also look at a couple of the VS's in the my ride section who have bought them.

You can't really go wrong with Rockers, unless you buy the 1.98's and then buy an off the shelf cam, then your up shit creek basically haha.

    My advice:

How much do you want to spend?

    • If money is no question, go for the 1.91 rockers and talk to Steve at MACE and get a suitable cam

If you just want a bit more power and don't want to spend upwards of $2000 (for cam supply and install), then just get the rockers.

I, personally would go with a high lift high duration cam with true roller rockers close to stock ratio.

No sense getting a low lift, high duration cam to suit high ratio rockers that dont have rollers in the tips.
