Default Problems with VS commodore starting.

im not to mechanically savy but i do know a bit so here i need some advice on this problem im having.
Basically cars not starting had a friend put his scanner on it came back saying crank sensor not responding ect.. got that changed, then found out there was a bcm problem, change that.
    still not working.

now i was told only minutes ago it may be a injector pulse sensor.
now if this doesn't not do the job, what else could make this car not go?

The fuel pump is running as I can hear it when you switch the reds on.
incase i get asked, when you try to switch the car on it trys to run but nothing else happens.

also, the red light above the radio does not flash.

can someone please give me some advice on what to do?
    thanks in advance.

Some of the cheaper scanners can be bodgy and show up false info or incorrect error codes,or can miss some set error codes..Try checking for error codes like in this link
    ---Checking error codes VR/VS (Revised)---
If you scroll down near the bottom of the posts in this link the revised pics and instructions are down there somewhere.

No worries,Id also check for a blocked fuel filter, cheap and easy to replace if it hasnt been done for a while. It could also be a bad connection at the DFI wiring connector. The DFI or Direct Fire Injection or Direct Fire Ignition module,(Ive seen it called both),is located under the 3 ignition coils at the front of the engine. The DFI module wiring connector has a small bolt that has to be unscrewed to get the connector undone, then just unplug the connector and check for corroded or dirty, oily connections and bent pins etc. They should be clean and shiny.
