Hi, just wondering if some one can explain to me how to get the fault codes and what sensor they relate to, its regarding stalling only when hot and wont start until it cools down thanks.

welcome to the forum, the first thing you want to do is search... the problem will be your Crank Angle Sensor

Your problem will more than likely be the HES in the distributor.

correct me if im wrong but i thought the vs ss allso came out with option of the supercharged ecotec which will have the CAS.

If his SS was in someway unuiqe, such as a S/C 6, i think it would be a safe bet to say he would have mentioned it...?

I have seen a few S/C 6 SS Commodores mostly VT though.

But then again anyone can remove the S badge and but an SS on.

lol well i kinda missed the ss part! as mentioned the hall effect sensor should fix the issue.
