I Didnt Expect this to just fall out into my hands

Started to replace the front and back Radius Rod Bushes in the VS.
Got everything apart no problems. Until I lowered the Control arm and the Inner Bush just fell out into my hand.
Not sure it was meant to do that Arent they meant to be pressed out?
I will now have to Replace them too

I just cant wait to get to driving it again.

Dayum, thats like winning lotto, BUT, does the bush that fell out have the metal shell on it ? If not then the shell is still in the control arm and needs to be smashed outta there before you can fit a new bush. Once you get the shell out you can fit a Urethane bussh in there at home cos they don't use a shell. A new steel shelled Rubber bush is much more difficult to fit as it needs a press like you said.

hmm the only thing i can think of is the last person to put them in tightened the bolt thru it before setting on the ground and the rubber has fought the shell for how ever long it been there ??!!!!!

All fixed up now.
Got Pedders to press in new Bushes

Drives 1000 times better.
highly recommended to do.
