shaking manual gearbox between 2500 and 3500 rpm ??? any ideas ??
hey all i have just done a manual conversion to my 1994 vr commy it drives fine no slipping nice changes between gears but it shakes a little between 2500 and 3500 rpm in all gears including neutral i have followed the how to guide from the start (well done by the way was very easy to follow)and have sorted all the teething problems except the shaking ?? any help would be awesome
box and clutch is out of a s1 vn
vs flywheel brand new thrust bearing new oil
the front half of the drive shaft has a very small ding in it could this be the problem ??

Did it have any issues when it was in the donor car?

vs flywheel theres your problem right there VS flywheels are balanced different to VR
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong
tabbacco is still my favorite vegetable
