need advice

hay every body i got noisey lifters ive done 2 oil flushes and changes and just put some tappet noise reduction fluid thru it, still tappin dont know if i should leave it for a bit and let run in or bite the bullet and send it into the shop. and dose driving the car with the lifters tapping stuff the engine, im going to townsville at the end of the mounth about a 400km trip one way or should i take the bus.
its a 95 vs 5.0 ute cheers

it seems quite common even in the ecotec v6 engines, my vs has slight lifter noise but its not
very noticeable so i dont worry about it as its my work car, as far as repairing cost i was told its
quite an involved job and that was for my v6, lifter treatmeant may work, just give it a bit of time, a long run would do it the world of good! =P
