Question Front hubs Statesman V Commodore

    Folks,

can any of you shed some wisdom on me.

Do you know if the front hubs on a VS Series II Statesman V6 are the same as Standard VS Commodore?

Statesman comes with IRS rear and ABS.

Looking to get new hubs but want to be sure i am getting the right thing

as far as i know they are the same, to make you get the right parts take your VIN number with when you go to order so they can look it up if they need too, doubt it being a commodore though.

ABS hubs are different, they have a plug on the back and a sensor inside. I once ground the plug off the back of an ABS hub with a bench grinder to fit it up to a non-abs commodore. Worked ok.

cool, other than the "ABS/NON ABS" and "IRS" I was led to believe they are the same.
I know I need to ABS/IRS model so should all be good.
will be doing the rotors and hubs sometime soon.

There are three types of hubs:
    1. Vehicles without ABS (no cover)
    2. Vehicles with five link rear suspension and ABS (black cover)
    3. Vehicles with IRS and and ABS (light grey cover)
