What is this for?

Hey guys,
Just bought a full vr calais body wiring loom for my vr executive cause im changing the looms over soon (big job i know lol) but dont know what this box/module? is for..



Do anyone know what it is? airbag maybe?
also am wondering why there is 2 bcm's..there is the main one


and a second one that connects over near the glovebox


i just dont get why there is 2 bcm's, its all out of a vr calais that had an airbag aswell..im not using the airbag modules as i dont have one at the moment in my executive and dont want one anyway but if yous know what that box/module thing is in the first pic that would be awesome cause if its for an airbag then i wont need to put it in when i change the looms over.

p.s this is my first thread with pics, hope they turn out ok lol if yous need bigger one let me know

First one appears to be for the ABS

Ohk yeh didnt think of that. Do i need to have it connected? cause my executive doesnt have abs and i dont think ill be converting it as it would probaly cost a fair bit to do

'second' BCM is the Theft Deterrent Module. Operates the alarm etc.

I put a executive wiring in my ute and left the ABS connectors disconnected and its all fine, no warning lights lit up or anything.
