stage 3 memcal chip off ebay???? worth buying?

hi there, are these stage 3 chips any good? has anyone got them in their car? thinking about getting one but not sure as it is ebay lol...dont want to waste $100

There's a few people on here that can do performance memcals and will be better than any off the shelf jobbie, Greenfoam is nicefrog on ebay i think, delcowizzid or Dr Bob both do memcals as well, his site is memcals.com, You'll get a tune to better suit what mods you have done that way.
