vr v6 battery alternator problem

Hi i found a problem this may help other out when driving the engine just stopped and then restarted. We drove it about 10 Kms then stopped acted if it had a flat battery. found out the alternator needs to check as it looks like the regulator bushes need replacing and the battery needs replacing. once the battery ran out of power that what cause the car to stall.

check you interior illum fuse if its bigger than it should be then this will blow the trip computer fuse of number 1 fuse

How much is it charging?

easy fix if you know how( get a new 1)

replaced the alternator then it happened again the battery was holding charge and then replaced the battery no problem sense and it was running 13.3volts then dropeed under 12 volts but not warning lights came on. only when stalled

Cheaper way is to replace the regulator....
