VS fuel cut
hey all been having issues with my vs daily drive its v6 auto
its like the car is getting fuel surge when i corner hard to the right fuel warning comes on and car stalls instantly will not start straight away ..
i have changed fuel and fuel filter and filled the tank right up and it happened to me again today
also today i realised that when i am driving if i go full throttle the auto will not change gear and holds rpm at 4000 ...
only when in gear if i put it in Neutral i can rev to red line i only noticed this today because i usually drive it like a nana due to it being my daily..
only thing i can think of is maybe the pump is nakered
its stock as a rock no mods 250XXXkms

I'd try a fault code check and see what it says: Checking error codes VR/VS (Revised)
Possibly it's the throttle position sensor not telling the PCM where the throttle is.
Re the stalling - if it only happened when under 1/2 fuel then I'd say the fuel return hose busted in the tank but you say it still happened on a full tank??

alright cheers its not urgent just was concerned about it ..
and yes it happened today on full tank but only once ..
i'll sus out the return line and see if i can reset the compture withou hooking it up to a hand controller thing .

same thing happens to my v8 i checked codes and yes lots of codes came up including throttle position sensor. so yeah worth doing the test.
same thing happened to me man u need a new mini coil
whats a mini coil? where is it located?
