    Smile vr coolant loss

hey new to the forum I have a 93 vr executive with a loss of coolant issue. The vr is loosing coolant from under the radiator cap after the engine is shut off it only leaks (pours) when the over flow bottle is filled also I have noticed the top radiator hose is a lot hotter than the bottom hose after the engine is shut off. I have replaced the radiator cap, thermostat, water pump, top and bottom radiator hoses and flushed the cooling system and still the same problems any help would be awesome and very appreciated cheers.

I noticed i was losing heaps of coolant every few days. Thought i had a radiator leak.

Replaced the inlet manifold gasket due to oil and coolant leaks. Haven't lost a drop in over a month!

No coolant should leak from under the radiator car (as your post says) - I'd replace it (again)....make sure you get the correct one as it's possible you've installed the wrong one and it is not sealing correctly.

    Hey Mate,

Check the thread in the radiator that the cap screws into, my bother had coolant right under his cap and found that part of the thread had broken off. But im guessing its the radiator. Get one for about $100
