It means that for some reason or other, the signal that normally goes from the crank angle sensor to the DFI module telling it to fire a sparkplug has failed - it may have failed once or 100 times but it will log a fault despite it being only a milli-second..
Unless you are having stalling problems, just clear the code by removing the battery for 30 secs (or pull engine fuse) and this will clear the code. Then drive car as normal and check codes in a few days. If the code reappears it possibly is a sign that the CAS is on it's way out. Good Luck.

I had this problem, replacing the cas didnt fix it. So if you're in the same boat it could possibly be a break in the wire somewhere. I re routed a new wire from the ecu to the dfi, fixed it.
Hit me up with some reputation points if i've helped you out! (Star in the bottom left!) Cheers!

I had this code, it was my CAS. The car stalled once and wouldn't start for AGES. Then it randomly started and didn't do it again for weeks, then I got it replaced lol.
