    Default vr wiper arms/blades position

tried to find some info on this but couldnt find a clear answer.

93 vr comm, just wondering where the arms should be positioned, the drivers side one seems to run off the edge of the windscreen on high speed and if i position it down a bit lower then it almost catches on the passenger side one as they move up and down. cant really move the passenger side one cos it almost falls off the bottom of the windscreen. and also how tight do the arms have to be? cheers

You should just 'park' the wipers, then remove and refit so they are both at their lowest point before leaving the glass, then tighten firmly...not too tight as you will deform the arm. If they are the correct blades they should not overlap. Maybe your arms/blades are not the correct ones.
