How hard is a cas to change vr v6

Hey guys just wondering how hard the cas on v6 vr is to change and what I need to do so..I'm handy with tools just never done one

The hardest part usually is getting the harmonic balancer off, you will need a puller. The rest is pretty straight forward. For a more in depth explanation, try doing a search as it has been covered a fair bit.
