where to get 3.7 diff gears so suit vs?????

I have a vs 5 speed with a solid axle rear and im lookn for a 3.7 diff.ive heard that the diff out of a r31 skyline will fit?is this true?ive heard alot of people having them so sumone should be able to point me in the right direction.
