    Pacemaker.
More efficient design. You probably wont notice the difference but if you're asking which is best, pacemaker.

$200 is an alright price. especially for pacemakers.

it is possible to find second hand ones cheaper but they ae much harder to come by.

    where did you find them?

I just fitted a set of Genie's to a VS V6 Stato, the problem with this set was that the extractors were welded onto the y-pipe and cat, making it an engine out job to fit them. Incidently it took about three hours to re-fit the motor and box in around the extractors and its not a job I ever want to do again.

Heard Pacemakers make a standard v6 lose power cause they flow too well.Heard that from fitter at Jackie beedhams at Redcliffe. They say engine needs abit of extra grunt from eg. cam upgrade and so on to gain benefit, but that is just what they say.As far as extractors go for choice it is Pacemakers all the way.As for $200 as long as welds r good ,no probs on faces then yeah done deal, brand new hurts the pocket with them sexy pipes.

i put pacies on my v6, was stoked.. ran noticably better & sounded much nicer..

one thing though, after a month it started sounding a bit shitty.. like theres a leak somewhere or something, took it back to where they installed em and they rekon its fine but i dunno. after a month the sound changed (I dont mean just from carbon build up either).. it just doesnt sound clear & clean anymore, sounds more sputtery n rough, like the sound reflects off the curb.. any ideas?

    You've got an exhaust leak.
