Custom Cluster faces

I'm getting a custom cluster face with custom back lighting filter (where the numbers and lines would appear white in the day, and your choice of colour at night). I was thinking of getting a red backlight cluster face, but i'm concerned that red may not be as clear as the standard green or the common custom blue. How does red look for you who have it?

i like it how it was done by gmh myself....there is some white clusters with blue numbers on some of the new bmw m3,s( thay look good)

red wont show up in the dark that welll......what ever your choose? i hope it looks good....best of luck

There are some cars done by Phreddy that were red - they look OK. Some BMW's have red dials and LCD read outs too.

i have autometer ES gauges in my e21, theyre red led. absolutely brilliant at night

blurry pic, but you get the idea. the dials are sharp and clear.



and my e36 is an orangey red, completely stock, perfectly fine to see at night.

everything will come down to how well the custom fascia is made, and how well the light filters through.

teah nit bad. is ut a bmw? i think thay also make em in a white with blue number(i prob seen it on top gear) still the 1 you posted is not to bad at all
