Help with Alarm

i recently got a car alarm installed at autobarn cost me $300 dollars the guy said it was a "VS upgrade" and i was wondering how to adjust the sensitivity? cause when i hit the car there is no warning noise at all, either i need to adjust the sensitivity of it or it doesnt have one, but the guy said it did

BUMP! the alarm is called 700TR factory upgrade, siren shock upgrade 1, at least thats what the reciept says. any ideas no how to adjust the sensitivity? do i unscew the box under the hood or what?
