Struts for VS Hard lid

G'Day, Can someone tell me what struts I need for the hard lid type cover on the back [[VS ute] , maybe a part number or strut size? The lid that is on this ute is a honeycomb type lid with a black vinyl cover. The struts are missing so I have nothing to compare and I am not sure how far the lid is supposed to lift up.

Also I removed the mags today as it needs new tires and was thinking the mags were 8 inch but they are only 7 inch. The side walls on 225,50, 16 tires look a bit rounded compared to the 225,50,16 tires on the 8 inch rims on my VP Senator. With the 7 inch rims would 215 or 205 tires be more suitable. Thanks again.

There is no brand name on the canopy.Just took these , bit dark Cheers

he will help you out thats for sure......id post his number here but im not sure if he wants it posted here...if you contact him via ebay he will give you his number..you can have struts regassed or new ones fitted......he pretty good and as i said his struts are very good.....go loook at my malooo pics and seee the pic of the rear wing (extr waight for the struts to hold up) in the pic the struts are stuffed and a peice of wood is holding up the hard lid......ive had new stuts for 2weeeks now and thay hold up the hard top and the wing with not a prob in the world.....cheeers again

he also regases struts.im taking my maloo numberplate strut in to be regassed
