right price for a new door?

ive been tryin to find a new front door for my caprice but havnt had much luck, ive only found 1 person selling a door in silver but they wanted $190 for just the door, no trim, no mirror, no window + motor no nothing just the bare door, and 240 for the door complete but minus the trim

my current door i want to replace because theres a rust spot forming under the mould that runs through the centre of the door and the window rattles which i dont know how to fix (theres no rubber guides on the window guide so im guessing its that makeing the noise)

is that a reasonable price for a statesman/caprice door? or just someone tryin to rip me off?

is your stato silver? if yes then get the new door.if not it will be a lot cheaper for you to just repair the one thats on it.cheers

Seems overpriced to me, but if there's not much else available and for the ease of just doing an r & r it may be the easier option. I paid about $70 for the last stato door I bought.

it all depends on the wrecker.sometimes you have to take what you can get.i had to repair a mates vt and the passenger front door he got cost him $140,L/H front guard was $120.then i had to get him a RH front guard from repco and it cost me $70.so work that one out!
