hard to start

my vs has always started first go with no accelaration until recently.
now it splutters and doesnt start for two or three goes. can anyone shed some light on this, my fuel consumption has increased a little but not much i still get 500 - 550 kms per tank. i used to get 600 - 650.

possibly your fuel filter may be blocked or your fuel pump is on its way out

when was the last time the spark plugs or leads replaced? also theres an off chance it might be the ignition coils.

its been serviced so i dont think its electrical as its runs fine once its started. ill check out fuel filter as it has started to happen since running the tank low.
