    Question vn series 2 transmission, does it fit vp s2,vr s1?

    hi there, im selling a vn series 2 transmission and wondering does it fit vn series 2 - vr series 1 as it doesnt fit my vr series 2 because its not electronic and ran by a cable to throttle body..

    I'm only guessing, but seeing as the VR ser2 introduced the electronic trans, it would then fit all models previous. Look on Ebay and see what they are advertising them as.

    i was under the impression that all VR models ran the 4l60e
    Body by Holden, Soul by Brock
    the Legend will live forever

    VN exec T5: 15.1sec @92.2mph 1/4 mile, 9.7sec @ 74.6mph 1/8mile, 2.3sec 60ft, 0-60mph 6.827sec 22/11/07 Gtech competition

    Same here..Ive got an early 94 VR and and a late 94 VR and they both have the full electronic trans.

    so its only the vn/vp models... i have a listing on ebay, i didnt list the vr cause wasnt sure about the series 1.

    I can also vouch for the VR having an electronic controlled trans, mine is a 93 model. The Hydraulic model should be fine for both VN's ad VP's
