    Default VS Door Moulds

I'm looking to get the bare alloy/Chrome look on my VS exec door moulds, a friend made the comment that you can strip the stock door moulds back to bare, but looking at my moulds, it seems that the Uppers are alloy and the lowers and rear quarter window moulds are rubber?

Am I right? I'm a little confused at the moment, thanks in advance

im guessing the OP is talking about the window surrounds..

search ebay and ring a couple of wreckers for pricing.. if your not in a hurry you can get them cheap but you have to be paitence. u could strip and polish up the top surround but for the price round $100 you can buy a set and replace them as a set, plus you still have to buy the 2 door and quarter window as a whole unit.

Sorry for the late reply guys.
I worked out what I needed, picked it all up from a local wreckers for $160, what I was referring to were

    Door Belt Moulds
    Drip Rails
and the rear quarter windows with the chrome moulding.

Just found a VR calais at a wreckers and stripped it off.
Sorry for the bump, but thought someone might eventually need this info.
