I tryed to remove the old exhaust rubbers on my VR wagon to install new one's for a roadworthy, Is there any special way to get them off and get the new one's on?
What ones? Figure 8? The one with 4 holes?
Figure 8 you might need someone to push the exhaust over to on side so you can get the first one of as for the other WD40 it so it slips over the lump on the mount.

I just cut them to remove the old ones.
To fit the new ones, I usually bend the end tabs on the brackets and use a large screwdriver.
I had a tool which was basically a hook with a handle made out of 3 mm steel rod - worked well for a lot of them
Really? I somehow just did them by hand, didn't even know there was a special way to do it haha
