Hey all, im putting my VR Commodore into the yearly event we have down here called Tunarama.

We have Dirt Circuit here, and they throw a burnout comp every year with 3 classes, 4-6-8cyl

My VR is a 6cyl and its somehow turned LSD haha

Probably not allowed but I had a mate who had a KA laser with the window washer unit full of oil and set up with the squirter's under the front guards to spray oil on the tires. He was a bit of a tool but he thought it was awesome.

About the diff, I think single spinners start LSDing when they are on the way out.

We have the Avalon burnout comps and the only thing that I don't like about them is the endless standard V6 commodore single wheel spinners!

You may as well buy a locker you can find them on eBay for $50 or brand new for $200-$300.

A locker is a line locker, holds the front brakes on but not the back

just make sure your front brakes are strong, lol my mate found out the hard way when the front's couldn't hold it and the rears were clamped he had a lot of fun trying to stop, took off like a rocket though.

As said... its cheap as chips to either get a good welder mate to weld the center, or just throw in a mini spool! Single peg skids are tonnes of FAIL. The last skid even i went to there was a mint restored Torrie that 'looked the biz', but was ripping singles... shame
Hit me up with some reputation points if i've helped you out! (Star in the bottom left!) Cheers!
