VR 5L hot erath

hey there people. had a bit of a debate with a work freind about doing a hot erath on my car he said its a waste of time he did his v6 vt and had no benafit (soz bout the speeling) would i be wasting my time doing mine? if not were would be the best places to erath with bigger wire? iv got sum old 4 gage amp wire i can use.

The factory earths are fine, if anything just make sure you clean up the contacts so there all good.
