Hey guys I need to change my cv, I was wondering if the vt ones are the
Same or different?

which cv are you talking about? tailshaft or alxes?

vr-vz should all be the same

Axles, it's clunckin pretty bad

im certain the vt-vz are the same as vr-vs, might be worth while checking the price of both axles and cv's. to check ring holden parts and ask them for the part number for a vr axle then vx axle they should be the same get a price, then ring repco or bursons for a price also, i know vt-vz had a wider wheel track so i dont know if the alxes are a few mm bigger.

if yours are clunking, the hardner coating on the ballbearings would be worn out and the grooves in the housing would be screwed also. might be worth doing all 4 cvs at the same time or replacing both alxes

they are different lengths mate vt etc are longer than the narrower vr/vs models
