Default setting up new trip computer

so i have just installed a lvl 3 dash into my vs executive and turned it all on and everything works except..

    1. was wondering if their were any settings i had to change?

    2. when i was playing around with it its making a beeping sound every 3 or so minutes :S ?

    3. when i pressed 'set' it comes up in the middle with 70.00 L tank where i swear i switched it to 60L
    so what does that mean
    cheers james

The set tank size is where you were with the 70. You set this in 1 of 3 modes on level ground and a full tank.

Distance and fuel flow default is 625. You change this number after filling up the car and you look at all the numbers on fuel used and so on.

    So
Mode 1 = Tank size when full and on level ground
    Mode 2 = ?
    Mode 3 = 625
