Default Installing power windows in 93 VR, some direction please.

    Hey guys,
Was wondering if anyone could give me a heads up of anywhere that can install electric windows in my 93 VR S?
I'm aware that this can be done at home but to be honest i don't trust my skills enough and lack confidence that it would be done properly by myself, so i'd prefer it to be done professionally.
Im also happy for someone here to install it from start to finish if they can ensure a good job and ill pay them whatever a reasonable price is, provided they have proven abilities for this job.
    Would really appreciate some direction!

    Cheers

    Oh really?
    Shame!
I've had a read along and it doesn't look TOO hard, but as i said above, i lack the confidence that id be able to do it correctly and wouldnt want to #### it up, would much prefer to pay someone to do it and maybe learn first hand off them.

If it goes to a workshop, its unlikely they'll let you in to see the work unless you know someone working there.

Why not just round up the parts you need, grab a few mates and do the job over a weekend? Should save you in labour costs.

Being a 93 VR, its very likely that the wiring is not in place already, so it'd be a bit of a bigger job than doing it in a later VR, which tends to have the wiring there already. But have a look anyway, never know your luck.

first thing is check to see if you have pins in the fuse and relay spots indicated on the sticker, if you have the both pins, its a piece of cake to do.
