    Default BUMPY SHAKING in the middle of vr

    Heyy
    my VR shacks when i accelerate im think its the centre bearing
    or what ever its called like near the uni joints what do yous think?

    If when you take a lead off the coil and no change to the engine then this is the dead coil/lead/plug. If the engine gets worse then that coil is OK.

    See if you can swap it with a know good unit (DFI & coils).

    But I'd say from what you have said it will probably be a coil gone bung.

    i think a centre bearing for the tailshaft is getting sad.

    i know my ute does that when you give it a bootful (more noticable in the lower gears and when its loaded or towing) and its the centre bearing getting old.

    Yeh thanks heaps guys yeh sounds like my centre bearing happens in low gear nd that gets real anoying
