hey all just recently got my ute converted from auto to man but here the thing my speedo is all over the shop and my odo has stoped woorking? any help please

thanks iv heard about get the memcal re tuned for manual but i didnt no that the memcal would have any affect on the odo aswell as the speedo how do i re une the memcal??????? is the the easiest way or is there another way to get it all working again ??

I just put a full vs manual ecu/memcal/loom in there man makes things easier, could try that if it it's not the cog?

where would i find a manual ecu and loom? the car drives great and the box is as tight as a nun but also been told will go harder once the ecu knows that its a manual not an auto ???
