hey just wondering before i take it in for serrvice, she struggles to grab when cold start, after a couple of seconds grabs ok, when put in reverse no problem but going from reverse to drive it clunks, also in changing from 1st to second it slips a bit.. any idea? i was thinking transmission

maybe its time for a transmission oil change? when was it last done? or possibly its got way too much oil in it. mine was recently replaced and the dude put like 3 liters too much in it and when the trans heats up it thunks. mine also slips a bit and i've been meaning to get it drained for sometime.....
just a possible insight because it really could be anything mate

Possibly a shift solenoid or TPS problem. When the problem occurs, slow down and manually shift into first gear. Accelerate to around 10kph or so and then slow down a couple of times. If the transmission automatically changes into second during this process it's probably a TPS problem

Just check the oil levels to start with. From there...maybe get it looked at by a transmission place
