HID Lights Help

Hi guys,

Having a problem with my HID headlights.

After a recent service on my 96 VS11 Executive where they replaced the battery terminals, it appears they cut the ring terminal off the power wire for the HID's.

This isn't really a problem as I am just going to replace the ring terminal. However, my RHS is really dim.

I don't know anything about HID's, but the bulb isn't broken or discoloured.

First question, how do I actually remove the bulb from the holder?

Second question, what would cause the RHS to go dim?

Any help would be great.

try swapping the ballast units over as ths will show if it is a lamp or ballast that is at fault
