is your car a v8 with irs? if so? being a holden 304 v8 exhaust it should fit your calais 304 v8(

straight bolt off of old one and straight bolt on of new 1 ....cheeers

the difference is in the rear hangers on the mufflers...v6 is single muffler and v8 ss is twin mufflers...its a tight fit but they do go in...i just bolted it up from the cat and fitted up the rear pipe mountings, sat the twins on a stand...i cut the hangers off my old muffler and used them to double up the 'o'rings either side of the muffler to support them...check the attachement...its rough but you will get the idea...

In short, yes, straight bolt on. The hangers on the car are in the same place so the rear hangers on the exhaust won't be a drama. It will fit even if yours is a V6.
