Default 19" x 8 maloo wheels on a vs ute!

    Hey all,

Just wondering if these will fit on my ute? it has been lowered an inch in the rear.

I do plan on carrying 2 x 250CC Motorbikes , What size tyre profile should i go? what width tyre should i go? will it scrub out bad with the motorbikes loaded in the tray?

    Cheers

if the rim offset is 48p you will get scrubbing in the rear when it flexes up. it rubs on the inner guards.

i wouldnt go any wider than 235, just for piece of mind with the clearance between the inside of the wheel and the strut.

Hey mate, just thought I'd let you know. on my Vs ute I am running 19" rims with 245/35's and don't have a problem. On the front it was slightly against the strut but just screwed the camber out a bit and now it's clear. Under the back is Close (my ute's almost on the bump stops) but it all fits and even with a load in the back doesn't change a thing! Hope this helped!
