VR SS Idle Problem

When my car is first started it idles funny like its stalling and even after a drive it idles funny at the lights and when i go to take off there is a slight delay in throttle could that be rotor cap and button?

Very much so, but could also be dirty unserviced injectors, dodgy fuel, coil, old spark plugs, old ignition leads.
