looking to convert my Vs v6 to a manual, i was sure i read a guide on here but ive tried searching everything and can't find the guide so if anyone can either find me the link to that thread or give an idea of the parts and rough general guide to what needs to be done would be great.

Thats for VN-VR, but VS would be very similar, maybe just the wiring/electronic side of things would be a little different?

yeah i found that one but wasn't sure what diffrences there would be, i swear a few months ago i saw a VR-VS manual conversion guide, oh well.

exhaust y piece
starter motor
flywhheel
bellhousing
clutch + cable + pedal assembly
gearbox
crossmember
front half of tailshaft
floor plate with rubber boot + centre console bits
engine harness (from computer)
computer

hope i havent forgotten anything
