VR auto converted to VN manual gearbox

i have converted my VR commdore into a manual with a VN manual gearbox,it works great except the speedo isnt working,how do i get it working?

i have 3 wires on speedo sensor gearbox and 2 wires for speedo on my car,i have tried hookin them up to get speedo to work but it isnt.. how do i hook the wires to get speedo working?

you also have to cut the speedo wire that goes into and out of the ecu and join them together.
