    Default Vs 5 litre gearbox starting to slip

    Any1 know how to fix a slipping gearbox?

    The gearbox can't slip unless the teeth are stripped off the input shaft or the gears. I would say your clutch is slipping, replace it.

    Unless it is an auto, if so, then the bands or the clutch packs are worn, it may need overhauling.

    as above, new clutch time by the sounds of it. Unless you are getting oil on your clutch from badly shagged oil seals.
